Follow Method 1 below on how to download your products. 
If you are having any trouble with Method 1, try Method 2…

Download Method 1:

The open online, view and save method. Perform steps 1 and 2 for one product at a time.

Step 1

Click on the DOWNLOAD button for the product you want to download (you will find these buttons beneath step 2).

The eBook will open on your computer in a PDF screen*.

Step 2

Once the eBook has come up on your screen, click the save icon (the little disc top left), or go to the top-left menu FILE – SAVE, and save the book to your computer in a folder where you can easily find it later.

Once you have saved the product, hit the 'GO BACK' button (or equivalent) in your web browser to get back to this download page, so you can download the next product.

Mac users: once the eBook has loaded onto your screen, go to the pulldown menu FILE, then click SAVE AS. Choose where you want to save the file, then hit you 'GO BACK' button or equivalent.

Download Method 2:

The save direct to your computer, then open method. Use this method if download method 1 did not work for you.

Step 1

One at a time, RIGHT CLICK on the DOWNLOAD button for each product, then click on Save Target As. 

This will bring up a download screen and will ask you if you want to save it or open it.

Click on SAVE TARGET AS or SAVE IT.

Mac users: once you have right clicked on the DOWNLOAD button, click on SAVE LINKED FILE AS.

Step 2

Choose a folder to save it to and watch where it goes on your hard drive. That’s where you’ll be able to find it.

If you're new to saving files we suggest you save it to your Desktop to make it easy for you to find later. Go there after the download is complete and double click on the icon to open up the book*.

*Important Note: To open the eBook you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader(or another PDF reader) installed on your computer, you can download it here for free
